By submitting the enrolment form and completing payment, you agree to the following:

1. Class structure. Each class consists of 8 live online sessions delivered via Google Meet, held over approximately 4 weeks, at the day / time specified for your selected cohort.
   
   

2. No refunds. Full payment is required to secure a seat. Once enrolled, fees are non-refundable, including in cases where your child attends only some of the 8 sessions, misses sessions, or withdraws partway through the course.
   
   

3. Rescheduling. Munshi Institute reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. tutor illness, technical disruption), with advance notice given where possible.
   
   

4. Attendance. Recordings or make-up materials for missed sessions are provided at Munshi Institute's discretion and are not guaranteed.
   
   

5. Conduct. Munshi Institute reserves the right to remove a participant from a cohort in cases of disruptive behaviour, without refund.
   
   

6. Data use. Information collected on this form is used solely for enrolment, invoicing, and communication regarding your child's class, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
   
   

7. Recording consent. Sessions may be recorded for internal quality review. Munshi Institute will seek separate, explicit consent before using any recording or photo for marketing purposes.
