  • Use over 200 everyday Malay words confidently.

  • Introduce themselves and hold simple conversations.

  • Read and understand short passages appropriate for their level.

  • Write simple sentences and short paragraphs using correct vocabulary.

  • Ask and answer questions about familiar topics.

  • Follow classroom instructions and participate actively in discussions.

  • Develop confidence in communicating in Malay in everyday settings.
